Ωστόσο λόγω της κατάστασης που ακόμα βιώνει ολόκληρος ο κόσμος, ο Alice είχε την ιδέα να αλλάξει τους στίχους του κομματιού, έτσι ώστε να δώσει θάρρος σε όσους μάχονται και να συνεχίσουν να προσπαθούν. Το Don't Give Up θα κυκλοφορήσει σε περιορισμένη έκδοση 7" βινυλίου στις 14 Αυγούστου απο την EarMUSIC.

Also, the rock icon invited fans to participate in the video that Cooper and his band members were filming separately during quarantine. Over 20,000 have responded, holding up signs and messages of unity, using words from the lyrics.
